Your Questions, Answered

How long is the trial period?7 business days from the date of delivery. This gives you enough time to use each mouse for at least 1–2 full working days.
What does the trial fee cover?The trial fee covers freight, handling, cleaning, and restocking. It is fully credited toward your purchase if you decide to buy one of the trial mice (or any ergonomic mouse from our range).
What if none of the mice suit me?Simply return all mice in the prepaid satchel. While the trial fee is non-refundable, we’re confident our expert curation will help you find a great fit. If you’d like to explore further, we can arrange a Custom Selection trial.
Can my employer pay for the trial?Absolutely. We can invoice your employer directly. Many trials are arranged through workplace injury prevention programs, OT recommendations, the Employment Assistance Fund, or NDIS plans.
Do I need to return the mice in original packaging?Yes, please return each mouse in its original box within the trial kit packaging we provide. This protects the products for future trials.
Can I trial mice for multiple team members?Yes! We offer workplace team trials for organisations looking to roll out ergonomic mice. Contact us to discuss a custom arrangement.
What condition do the trial mice need to be returned in?Mice should be returned in clean, working condition with all original packaging and accessories. Damage beyond normal trial use may incur a replacement fee.
